  • How do I book an appointment?

    LETS GET YOU BOOKED

    To book your appointment fill out a contact form and we will reach out to you for a booking that works best for your schedule. Once your appointment has been booked, I will email you directly from my Vagaro App/ Polish Beauty before your appointment day and send you a Client Information Packet to fill out. To book an appointment, please contact us here.

  • What are your COVID-19 safety protocols?

    COVID-19 SAFETY 

    At Polish Beauty we are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of our clients. We require all clientele to enter and exit with a mask on to keep our community safe. Masks will be removed if the area being treated is near the nose and mouth. In those cases, I will stay double masked. If a client is not feeling well or is displaying symptoms of COVID-19 such as: fever, cough, sore throat, I reserve the right to refuse service for the safety of both parties and reschedule. At this time, I do ask my clients to take their health very seriously and communicate symptoms or sickness immediately. Our cancellation policy will not be applied to these situations as COVID-19 is a serious matter, and we want everyone to put our community health first. In the event of cancellation due to COVID-19 related illness or symptoms, we will strive to reschedule an appointment two weeks out from the original appointment. 

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    Please be mindful that if you arrive late for your session, your treatment will be adjusted to fit in the time slot we had scheduled for you to keep other clients in their original time frames. Your understanding in this matter is much appreciated!

    Cancellations and any changes to your original scheduled appointment must be made 48 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled or changed with less than a 48 hour notice are subject to a 50% charge of the total service.  

  • What is your return policy?

    RETURN POLICY

    We want you to be happy with your products purchased from Polish Beauty. Our commitment to you is to find a skincare regimen that is custom tailored to you. If a product is not working for you, specifically in the event of an allergic reaction, it may be returned within 72 hours of purchase.

    If you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to allergic reaction or faulty product, we will work together to make sure that we find you another product in place of the returned product. 

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us by emailing us within 72 hours of delivery. 

    When returning an item, set, or kit, we require all contents be returned. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order, and provide a reason for your request.

    - Returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of request for exchange/credit. 

    - NO REFUNDS

    - Once the item(s) is received by Polish Beauty and is in acceptable return condition, the exchange item(s) will be sent out.

    - Polish Beauty is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
